Job description:
Change Management Project Implementation:
- Develop Change Management plan and create all communications and deliverables.
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for all stakeholders including end users
- Manage milestones and site readiness measurements.
- Conducts weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and communicates with local and remote site leads/end users for IT system deployments.
Drive IT Change Management and site readiness for major platform initiatives:
- Experience in enterprise application like ERP(SAP) and CRM (Siebel) desired.
- Delivers successful change management and communication mechanisms, messages, channels, systems, materials and tools to address audience needs and expected impacts.
- Builds business relationships and promoting an understanding of communications and change management best practices across deployments and organization.
- Focus on project team engagement, organizational readiness, stakeholder management and leadership alignment.
Position Responsibilities
- Analysis, Solution Recommendation and Strategy Implementation
- Stakeholder analysis to assess and determine key impacts to process and organization
- Work with program/project management to recommend strategy and
- Define project/program's change management and communication strategy and approach based on Change Management and Communication Program team's methodology
- Implement strategy to minimize potential impact of change
- Build communication and change management capability within the project team and organization impacted by the implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional communications, project management, change management
- Six Sigma, Lean SixSigma, PMP and other related certifications preferred
- Demonstrated change management skills and prior experience with change readiness communications
- Experience in program management, business requirements definition and requirements gathering
- Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills and interpersonal and influence management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural/global environment with all levels of management
