Work Location : Rancho Cordova, CA
Duration : 3 Months+ Contract

The project scope is two-fold, first to re-factor an existing website to make it accessible with proper formatting for mobile devices such as Android (phones and tablets), iOS, and Win7Mob (Phones and tablets). Second, once the website is mobilized the android component will be integrated within a hybrid native Android application so that it can access the devices on-board camera.
The Web Developer will be responsible for programming the mobilized website UI and rendering the CSS and its related controllers for each mobile device from specifications provided by the creative designer. The Web Developer will work with an onsite Database resource for all controller work. For the Second part of the project, the Web Developer will be asked to assist in modifying the Android mobile website for purposes required by the Android developer to integrate the camera into the native app.
The resource must be:
5-7 years experienced in Front End Web Development and Controllers
Experienced with .NET/C# programming
Experienced with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) using HTML and factored for mobile device detection and resolutions
Experienced developing Mobilized Websites for any of the following phones or tablets: Android, iOS, Win7Mobile
Experienced working with Design specifications to rastorize the web page in HTML
Strong Communication; Can lead the Front End Development efforts
Professional appearance/attitude; Self Starting; Be Proactive with Customers
Experienced in a consulting and contracting role (must know how to play the game)
Able to travel to Sacramento area 4 of 5 days a week (expenses paid)
Able to work with a mobile developer and collaborate on technical approach for a hybrid web/native application
Nice to haves:
AJAX, JQuery or HTML5 experience
Experience developing for any or all of the following: Android phones and tablets, iPhone/iPad, Win7Mobile phones and tablets
Experience working in a Major/Top 3 Technology Consulting organization
