We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy business development manager, to work for our growing professional services division based out of NYC, NY. Applicant should be effective in reaching decision makers and in qualifying and closing IT consulting opportunities in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Additionally, should be able to develop strategies and tactics for penetration of new accounts. 

This position will have a base salary commensurate with experience and a very competitive total compensation package

BDM:

• Need a BDM to handle the US IT recruitment process.
  
• Making cold call
  
• Vendor management
  
• Good sales & marketing skills
  
• Preparing sales report
  
• Experience with account penetration.
  
• Should have experience prospecting, cold calling and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization.
  
• Develop strategies and tactics for penetration of new accounts. 
  

Recruiter:

.* Minimum of 2-3 years of staffing experience, preferably in staff augmentation services.
* Proven successful record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
* Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services, should be able to work with vendors.
* Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in staff augmentation.
* Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities
* Must be Self-Motivated, Results-Oriented, Adaptive and Committed to execute targets.
* Proficiency with standard productivity tools like emails, MS Office, Power Point etc.
