1. IT background: Server/Storage/Network
2. MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project
3. Facilities background
Job Requirements: 5 - 10 years IT data center experience supporting large system environment
Typical Responsibilities: Support ongoing data center operations, this includes space and power planning; coordinate equipment placement; manage power/cooling in cells in the data center; coordinate with CR work activities to minimize IT services impact.
Preferences: Analytical skills and Project Management skills to be used in IT facility activities; Knowing about power, data cabling, incident and problem management; ITIL V3 knowledge in Service Operations
