Title: Mobile UI Designer
Location: Dayton, OH
Length: 6 Months+
General Responsibilities:
• Communicate designs to project stakeholders and incorporate feedback as appropriate
• Support other stakeholders during technical implementation
• Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Develop sitemaps, wireframes and detailed comps for mobile applications
• Develop conceptual designs as needed that meet the needs of this rapidly changing technology
• Establish and evaluate UX standards, and work with team members to ensure consistency of those standards
• Work collaboratively with developers, project managers and other internal and external team members
Requirements:
• 2+ years professional experience designing for the web
• Associate's Degree in a related field
• Portfolio of web and graphic design work
• Ability to work independently and in team-based environments under sensitive deadlines
• Have a passion to stay current with UX/design trends and best practices
• Proficient using design and authoring tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, using techniques such as sketching or wireframing
• Familiar with universally accepted usability principles and best practices
• Experience designing for mobile or tablet is a plus
