·         WebSphere Message Broker best practices (Designing Message Flows, Development, performance, etc.)

·         Experience with WMQ (Configuration, Messaging, and clustering)

·         Experience with different Message formats (MRM, CSV, COBOL, TDS..etc) and Message exchange patterns
