Ability to communicate design accurately and efficiently (similar to flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, component diagrams, etc.).
Multi-tier back end services.
Good communication skills.
SOA
 
Additional Skills:
JUnit tests
Apache Maven
GIT source control
Solid understanding of patterns and anti-patterns.
Test driven development.
Working on Agile teams.
Healthcare domain experience.
HIPAA 5010 837 Experience.
SOAP UI experience.
Linux Bash or Korn shell scripting.
 
Nice to have:
Tomcat
REST
