Each day will start with a SCRUM session which will outline what development task they have been assigned by an architect, what potential timelines/challenges/successes they have had so far, and what specific code they will be working on. This will all be within an Agile environment. They will independently work on coding, standards outlines and reviews.
Top 3 Skills (stack ranked) :
1. Java: Candidates must have experience working within an object oriented environment in regards to design and coding, including frameworks
2. Message Broker: Candidates must have experience utlizing MB in creating reusable integration solutions
3. Web Services Technologies: working with any webservices tools including SOAP or XML or ESB or MQ Messaging or WSDL.
Pluses: Agile experience and Healthcare
