Job/Project Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Requirements Analyst process expert to support the implementation and usage of the Rational Requirements Composer tool for a large, enterprise organization on the East coast. The successful consultant will mentor and coach customer personnel on the use of the tool. In addition to the mentoring and coaching of internal personnel, this person will also be tasked with assessing how well the Rational Requirements Composer tool was implemented and offer suggestions for any improvements on this implementation. For anyone with solid Rational Tools experience who is interested in a long-term project working alongside professionals in this niche area, this is a great opportunity for you.

Required Skills:

--Must have 3-5+ years of experience in coaching and mentoring on Requirements Gathering and corresponding Rational tools within an enterprise organization

--Must have solid experience with Rational Requirements Composer including coaching and mentoring in the use of the tools

Desired Skills:

--Experience with Clearcase and Clearquest tools from a tools administration perspective.
