[Outsource:64204] Need SAP PI Consultant for Production Support - CHARLOTTE, NC

Position: SAP PI Consultant for Production Support

Location: CHARLOTTE, NC

Duration: 6 months

 

Years of Experience: 2 years supporting SAP PI Production environments

 

Responsibilities:

Handle incidence resolution cycle.

Develop: fixes for bugs, enhancements and new functionalities.

Coordinate with functional counter parts as well as with tech teams for issue resolution.

Coordinate Transports with Basis Team.

Support PI System and External Systems Bounce activities.

Support processes involved in new releases.

Keep updated Production Support Processes documentation.

 

Required Skills:

Expert in troubleshooting and resolving existing performance and production problems.

Proficient in documentation activities like writing technical specifications and mapping templates.

Hands on experience in Runtime workbench, communication channel scheduling and Message Monitoring,

Ability to read traces and detect potential issues.

Strong Skills in SOA (Webservices, RFC).

Experience in Java Development.

Good expertise in Mapping using UDF, functions Library and RFC/SOAP lookups.

Experience in SOAP, JDBC, PROXY, IDOC and MAIL adapters

Experience in SAP PI 7.1X

Flexibility  to work over weekends according business needs.

 

Plus:

Experience Implementing and Supporting SAP PI Projects.

Knowledge in ITIL Operational processes and CMMI for development cycle.

Experience in SAP PI 7.3x

Experience in Banking Projects.

SAP Certification
