Position: IT Service Delivery

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Duration: 6 Months

 

The primary objective of this engagement is to improve the Alaska Upstream IT Service Delivery by :Supporting the ongoing practices of governing, monitoring and reporting on IT and the business services it provides (including infrastructure, applications, and data)           Support the management of services delivery by internal and external service providers to meet service levels Assist the SDM in working with the Service Delivery Organization and suppliers to ensure services are delivered in line with business needs  The following are considered to be Inscope activities for the engagement  IT Service Management Coordinate transition of projects into operational support Support DRPBCP initiatives     Support and oversee EoSL projects   Manage minor projects migrations under EoSL Audit applications entitlement reviews Lead Coordinate application health checks         

      Act as PoC for any customer escalations on IT services    

Coordinate upkeep and maintenance of configuration item
