Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
Technical skills include:
Must possess 1 - 2 yrs solid hands-on experience in designing and customizing automated test cases using ITKO Lisa's test tool.
Must have 1-2 years exp using Agile SDLC Methodology.
Must have 5 years of writing automated test scripts.
Must be experienced in leading and assigning tasks to junior testers.
Must have 3 years of SQL.
Must have 2- 3 yrs hands-on experience in the use of Quick Test Pro (QTP) with VB scripting.
Must have experience as a Liaison between Business Unit & QA and coordinating UAT test efforts.

Experience in load and performance testing using Loadrunner, HP Performance Center and LISA virtualize is desired.
