Minimum 5 years experience in an SMB or enterprise MS Exchange environment
Strong experience with Exchange 2003/2007/2010, planning, deploying and migration, including experience with mailbox server failover and cluster management
Extensive knowledge of Exchange architecture - databases and logs, mail routing and protocol support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange PowerShell commands needed to manage Exchange 2007/2010 features, roles, mailboxes, performance and troubleshooting
Ability to identify and resolve problems affecting messaging systems performance, efficiency, and availability in a timely manner Strong career interest with a focus on professional improvement focused on Unified Communications and Lync technologies
Ability to assess the need for any messaging system reconfigurations (minor or significant) Ability to maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for messaging system administration and appropriate use
The Administrator should have experience in building, tuning and maintaining servers in an enterprise environment.
Firewall, DMZ experience configuring, certificate configuring; troubleshooting
5+ years working with Windows Server 2003/2008
Thorough knowledge of Active Directory from start to finish, DNS and Group Policies SAN technologies
Strong knowledge virtualization platforms (such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V)
