Skills:

Senior SQL/Crystal Reports developer having the following accountabilities: • • Design and develop new and update existing reports in Crystal Reports based on business requirements. • Recommend design/coding changes to improve maintainability while supporting PepsiCo's standard for reporting and data extracts. • Work with Business Objects Enterprise XIR3/4 Servers. Enterprise reporting with multiple sub-reports, Cross-tab, XML, multiple sources (relational and OLAP) etc. • Work directly with business partners to gather requirements, support testing, etc.. • Leverage strong data analysis and technical design skills • Based on findings during data analysis phase, identify gaps in requirements/specifications (if provided) and work with team members and/or business partners to resolve. • Work extensively with DB2 Stored Procedures for reporting tables to calculate complex measures as per report requirements. • Tune Stored Procedures/SQL for optimal performance
