The Digital Solutions Department is responsible for exploring, strategizing, developing and delivering digital products and services for the clients of Alliance Data Retail Services. The BA works with the Digital Solutions team to support definition, development, and commercialization of new digital capabilities for the Retail line of business. Supports activities of the Digital Solutions team, including the development of web and/or mobile capabilities, conducts research and analyzes web technologies, prepares and delivers presentations to key internal stakeholders, coordinates the web product development process, and assists with product/service testing and implementation. Coordinates internal and/or external resources (partners/vendors) as needed to support all job responsibilities. Assists with tactical and strategic web implementation activities, vendor management activities, and planning and preparation for meetings and presentations. General support for department initiatives and objectives to achieve industry leadership in the use of web capabilities for private label credit.
 
• Assists in coordinating development of new digital capabilities.
• Identifies, monitors, and researches new trends in web or mobile capabilities, including competitive analysis in the web and payments spaces.
• Assists in the evaluation of the impact of new digital capabilities to existing processes, then documents solutions and best practices.
• Supports the development of digital business and functional specifications for new capabilities or enhancements in alignment with overall digital capability strategy.
• Supports the development of digital business strategy and 3 year rolling road map.
• Coordinates meetings for internal and external parties including scheduling, agenda development, meeting notes.
• Knowledge of digital, interactive and mobile platforms
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate professionally within the Digital Solutions team, as well as with other departments and external clients and vendors.
• Comfort in working with and communicating conceptual ideas.
• Ability to accept direction and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, and interpret data and suggest actions to address opportunities.
