Job Title: Java Architect

Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

·         Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with technical organizations and management teams

·         Ability to establish rapport and drive consensus and change at all levels of the organization

·         Expert knowledge of service oriented architecture (building and consuming)– REST experience preferred

·         Experience working with Java, Spring, Hibernate, JAX RS, Jersey

·         In-depth experience in one or more Enterprise Architecture domains, such as Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, CRM, Incident Management, CMDB, ERP, Integration, Security, Monitoring, Automation, BPM, etc.

·         Strong knowledge of the design and management of network protocols, topologies, virtualization, databases and heterogeneous operating systems

·         Experience working with enterprise tools (e.g. Enterprise Service Bus, Intermediaries, logging, monitoring, etc).

·         Expertise around industry best practices in the various aspects of IT, technology trends, enterprise operations knowledge and the ability to develop solutions to implement key business strategies

·         BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field

·         Six or more years progressively responsible experience on software development projects
