7+ years of exp

Test Lead / Manager with good Test Management and Test Estimation Experience

Team management and Test Delivery management of a medium sized projects in an onsite /offshore model ( 6-8 member team)

Good Knowledge of Agile

Banking Domain Exp

Good Knowledge of BPM Testing (exp with IBM BPM desirable)
