84 Months    Experience in developing business requirement documents and end user documentation using Microsoft tools (ie, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs)

84 Months    Experience designing financial applications that involve the utilization of Medicaid rates for a complex health related agency.(ie. Rate Setting, Rate Distribution, or Billing).

6 Months Experience with Health Home planning and design from a provider perspective. (ie. Data submission requirements, billing rules and regulations)

84 Months   Experience in development and execution of test plans.

84 Months Experience logical data base design using Entity Relational modeling techniques.

60 Months    Experience using SQL in an Oracle 9i, 10G, or 11G environment.

60 Months   Experience with Microsoft Project.
