MUST HAVES:
Ability to build Webparts that can run in Sharepoint 2010 & 2013
Strong development/programming skills - good reverse engineering skills to read and interpret existing code base
SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2013 using SPD or VS.NET to develop deployable solutions via WSP packages
.Net Framework / Visual Studio.Net (Development Tools)
Experience in developing/Managing complex SQL Server stored procedures.

DAY TO DAY:
The client is looking to enhance one of their Sharepoint portals, so that it will expand its audience and make it more of a "destination" for an employee to do their job. Ultimately, the client is hoping to create an arsenal of two web parts and provide more "power" to the portal. The developer should have strong experience with SharePoint 2010 & 2013 and the ability to build Webparts to enhance the Enterprise SharePoint platform with an eye towards line of business integrations.
