Position: MQ Admin

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 4+ months

Rate: $40-45/hr C2C

 

Job Description:

§         MQ Availability /Performance Analyst would work directly with Client Enterprise Claim Systems Background Architecture, Triage and Availability teams focusing on delivering solutions to proactively monitor the suite of Applications that make up the Enterprise Claim System and underlying Queuing infrastructure.

 

Technical Skills

§         MQSeries knowledge (level 1 = Novice MQ, Level 5 = Max MQ knowledge):

§         Significant experience with QPASA (4-5) and monitoring of large and complex MQ Architectures and Applications.

§         MQ administrator experience (4-5) the administrator skill is required to effectively navigate the Enterprise Claims System MQ Architecture.

§         The current ECS MQ infrastructure is very large and is built across several platforms and is connected to several non-ECS MQ infrastructures.

§         The infrastructure is extremely complex within our test systems.

§         Knowledge of MQ Clustering is key to understanding how messages are routed and load balanced across many MQ servers.
