Job Title: Tibco BW Developer

Location: Waukegan, IL

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

• Provide technical consultancy and leadership in the TIBCO support across the overall engagement.
• Track changes and enhancements (including effort estimation and duration).
•  Requirement analysis, TIBCO architectural impact assessments, technical design and prioritization of new changes and enhancements.
• Review and provide approval on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Co-ordinate with respective IT and business SMEs required to create a high –level and low-level design.
• Ensure that the design and development is in sync with the overall design and development guidelines.
• Ensure that all technical and process risks, issues and dependencies are communicated to Cognizant onsite   Program Manager.
• Ensure that all technical issues and dependencies are effectively addressed.
• Co-ordinate with offshore team on day-to-day basis.
• Ensure that the offshore development environment is in sync with onsite.
• Integration, QA, UAT and Production environment TIBCO support.
• Code review of the TIBCO application.
• Handle production tickets.
• Provide technical guidance to the TIBCO application team.
• Provide TIBCO deployment support.
• Co-ordinate with the external system owners to track issues and requirements.
