Title: PeopleSoft Developer- HCM 9.0/9.1
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Duration: 6 Months +
Responsibilities:
• Experience should include the full system development lifecycle including business requirements analysis, design, software configuration & development.
• Possess excellent understanding of HCM functionality, embedded business processes and key business concepts.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements, designing, developing major enhancements & bolt-on features to HCM modules.
• Possess expert level knowledge of designing and developing inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Substantial hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing & troubleshooting solutions in the following areas: Core HR, North American Payroll and Benefits.
• Possess expert-level knowledge of writing and debugging SQL in the ORACLE environment, as well as developing SQRs.
• Proven experience in developing unit, integration, system & regression test plans and in supporting the business analysts in developing functional and user acceptance test plans.
• Proven experience in developing technical design specifications & systems documentation.
• Possess strong attention to detail in order to ensure thorough application testing & to verify the accuracy of system data.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all levels of associates.
Minimum Experience:
• Nine years integrating business and technology in environment with PeopleSoft or other ERP package
• Experience and in-depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM system
• Must have PeopleSoft HR, Benefits & Payroll experience
• Must be able to write SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces and SQL scripts
• Must be able to validate tables
