Job Title           :   Senior QA Tester
Location           :  Jarsey City,NJ
Duration          :  3+ Months
Rate                   :  $40/Hr
EAD/GC/ US Citizen only !!!!

 

Job Description/Required Skills
Assist in the development of Testing Strategy and Test Plan documentsü
Read, Analyze and Interpret business and technical requirementsü
ü Develop Detailed Test Cases (Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, Expected Results)
Development of testing schedules for the successful completion of testingü cycles
Identification of Test Data and Creation of Test Data needed toü exercise test conditions
Execution of test cases according to testü schedule
Update test cases with actual test resultsü
Reporting,ü tracking and resolving system defects
Ability to exercise good jüudgment and reasonable problem escalation and resolution
Retesting resolvedü defects
Manage and Record Test Resultsü
Excellent working knowledgeü of developing test plans using HPQC
Ensuring quality and adherence toü testing methodology, framework and standards
Strong interpersonal andü communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to work easily inü cross-cultural working environments.
Good analytical thinker withü attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills.ü
Must be able toü work well within a team with diverse skill sets and competing deadlines.
ü Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good Hands On experience inü developing SQL Statements
Mentoring Junior Test Analystsü
4 or moreü years of testing experience preferably in the Human Resource space
ü Experience with complex, large testing projects
Ability to workü collaboratively with senior associates internally or with the client
Fourü year technical degree in computer science, information system or equivalent preferred

 

Optional Skills
Business experience in anyü domain (DC, DB, HW or HR ERP applications)
Project Management Experienceü
Automation Testing (QTP)ü
