Summary of Project:

Setup and Migration of Goldway business to MP1/ customer service business focus.

Description of Assignment:

To migrate Goldway business into existing MP1 SAP Platform.

Drive functional side implementations to achieve project objectives.

 

Deliverables:

Developing Functional Design Documents

Implementing SAP Configurations, Customizations, Enhancements.

Developing test plans and executing testing

Support of Go-live and Deployment

Training of Support Team

End User training

 

Specific Job Characteristics:

Deliver excellent consultancy for SAP Customer Service solutions of Healthcare.

Manage the analysis, design, and development of GOLDWAY (an acquired business) into the existing SAP Customer Service solution. Includes setup of a new Organization unit and tailoring of existing solution capabilities to achieve the best balance of existing and new functionality which will best meet the new business needs.

Act as the primary SAP functional / technical project resource.

Strong focus on implementing SAP Configurations, Customizations, Enhancements.

 

 

Knowledge and Experience:

Strong experience desired with SAP and the following areas:

- Warranty

- Intra-Company Service Contracts

- Installed Base

- Equipment Master

- Supply Chain (between factory and field)

- Import / Export

- Setup PO's

- SAP R/3

- Core is SD/CS/MM

- integration with PP/PM/FI

Experienced in at least 2 successful design & implementation roles on major deployments (desired - projects larger than 4 mth duration and having broad customer service scope).

 

Personal Characteristics:

Fast Learner, ability to understand existing SAP implementations and rapidly engage on project objectives.

Ability to travel is a must

Possibility of travel to Europe and China with this project engagement.

Expecting anywhere from 20 - 50%.
