Description

Installation and Maintenance of Siebel 8.X, 7.8/7.7/7.5, 2000/99.5/99 applications, extensive experience in administering Siebel Tools, Assignment Manager, Call Center, Workflow Manager, List Management, Campaign Management, Siebel Analytics, eService, eSales, Siebel Actuate, BI Publisher, Data Quality, Oracle OPA (Haley Office), Haley Authority, Runtime Events, BRPs, LDAP/ADSI Integration, Application Deployment Manager, Siebel Encryption, Local db synchronization, Load balancing, and extensive hands on experience in Siebel Code Release Management, Production rollout tasks, 24X7 production support, and support Siebel performance tuning tasks. Experience of administrating Siebel application on the following OS: Linux, Unix, Windows XP / 2000/NT 4.0/98/95 Experience of administrating Siebel application on the following databases: Oracle7.x/ 8i/ 9i, 10g, SQL Server, and MS-Access 97/2000, experience in writing and executing SQL statements Other: First Logic Data Quality, SOA Oracle Suite, Site Minder, Windows 2000/NT, Active Directory, Siebel - Lotus Notes / Microsoft Outlook integration, Dell Servers, Sun Servers, Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewall, VPN, Veritas Cluster, Apache, Tomcat web servers. Non-Technical Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, thorough team-player, willing to work in demanding situations
