Duration: 4-6 Months

 

Requirements

Requirements for this project are listed by phase below.

Design

·         Provide Gap Analysis on the Data required for the Existing Application and the new workflow. Ensure all required data is available as designed in the process diagram and required by the reports (see Appendix).  These may change during the course of the project.

·         Lead in Initial Design Meetings (at least 3) produce minutes and action items.

·         Develop screen prototypes for review during design meetings. 

·         Create design documentation

Development

·         Develop\Create Workflow(s) (there may be several workflows identified during design) in the development environment.  Participate in Code Review with Technical Lead 

·         The following migrations are required once the workflow is ready for each phase:

o   Migrate the workflow to QA

o   Migrate the workflow to Load Test

o   Migrate the workflow to Production 

·         Conduct review sessions. Update workflow based in input from Users.

·         Create technical documentation.

QA

·         Set up UAT scenarios including pre-loaded data and workflow items. Provide assistance as needed during UAT.

·         Update Workflow (design documentation and code) based on feedback in UAT (participate in a further revision cycles if necessary)

·         Assist in setting up and troubleshooting in support of QA, load and performance tests and UAT.

·         Provide comprehensive testing of the workflow.

·         Provide comprehensive testing of an SAP feed integration.

Deployment

·         Provide Technical Documentation of Workflow Design

·         Migrate Existing (Archive and Active) Requests from Sharepoint (estimated less than 5000 items) must retain all data, and introduce the items into the workflow application.

·         Provide training and documentation to Support Staff for use in workflow administration and ongoing support.  Provide technical training to onsite Maximo developer.

·         Initial import and set up of the User Groups in workflow.

·         Assist in development of rollout plan.

Support

·         Provide post launch support for four weeks.  Support will include resolution of incidents/issues, workflow adjustments and changes.

·         A formal hand off will take place to the support team.

Training

·         Provide Assistance in setting up training and training documentation.  This will include the training environment, scenarios including data, and SME support in the development of the training materials.
