SAP ABAP with HCM exp

Duration : 4 months

Location: Dallas ,TX

 

The resource will work closely with the SAP Applications Management Services (AMS) Delivery Manager, onsite AMS production support team, and AMS Technical Lead to support the client's SAP HCM system, and will be responsible for ongoing production support including break-fix, support and minor enhancements, analyzing business requirements, analyzing technical specs, testing the solution as well as supporting the solution.  The candidate must have strong SAP HCM technical knowledge in areas of PA, OM, Benefits and US Payroll, including exposure to HCM technical components for reports, interfaces, enhancements, etc..  Individual must have in-depth technical knowledge of the HCM module and how it relates across the application.

 

Description:

·         Minimum 5 years ABAP experience

·         3+ years Development Experience in HCM Employee Master, Payroll (NET),  Benefits and Travel & Expenses is a MUST

·         Data Interface Development (ALE, ALV, IDOC, BDC, LSMW) is a MUST

·         ABAP objects, SmartForms, enhancements, WebDynpro, BADI/BAPI

·         Experience on ECC 6.0 preferred, 5.0 minimum

·         Break/Fix

·         Experience with requirements analysis, application design, construction, testing strategies

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities

·         Strong experience with supporting US clients (especially US SAP payroll) is critical

·         ERP/IT standards knowledge

·         PROFESSIONAL, Strong Communication skills (Verbal and written)

·         Ability to work independently with little direction but also works well with teams

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing requirements

·         Excellent at Multi-tasking
