Location – Seattle WA
Duration – 9-12 months
Face to face might be needed after telephonic but not necessary at
this time. Basically that depends on Telephonic interview.

Technical Skills:
• Should be very strong in SharePoint Server 2010 development
–
o Good knowledge in SharePoint Out of the Box features.
o Working with SharePoint Foundation & Server API
 Site collection Organization
 List manipulation and data Retrieval
 Security
 Administration
o Intermediate development using SharePoint designer to enhance the
user experience
 Modifying the master pages
 Editing the List pages
 SPD workflows
o Advanced development: Custom Application pages, User Control,
Event Receivers, BCS through API, Visual Web Part
o Using Client API to enrich the user interactions
 Custom Workflows
• Should be very strong at .NET 3.5/4.0, ASP.NET, C#,
JavaScript, WCF and LINQ
• XML, SQL Server programming
• Additional nice-to-have skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM
exposure, AJAX, ASP.NET MVC

Functional Skills:
• Automated Builds (preferably, using MSBuild)
• Automated Unit Testing using VSTS 2010
• Automated Deployment (preferably, using Octopus)
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM
• Knowledge on VSTF 2010 tools - Source Control , Test
Manager, Lab Manager and Bugs Management
• Web UX development experience

Deliverables:
• Delivery of a features: Coding, Code Inspections
• Technical Specifications
• Automated Builds, Automated Unit Testing and Automated
Deployments
