·         Oversee Medium - large implementation of SharePoint project(s)

·         7-8 years of total experience with atleast 2-3 years in Sharepoint (MOSS 2007) and Sharepoint 2010 implementations

·         Project planning - for multiple sites to be created or migrated in to the Sharepoint 2010 platform

·         Work with technical architects, Business users and development teams to develop & deploy the right solutions 

·         Retail Domain knowledge is a plus.

·         Manage the team from a deliverables perspective and be able to manage scope and change control

·         Work with business end users to capture requirements for Sharepoint portal implementation.

·         Team Leadership, Management and coordination experience with large systems rollout

·         Gathering and Documenting Requirements
