Dear Students,

 

The result of the Assignment # 01: Internship Report has been declared. The evaluated internship reports have also been uploaded on the course VULMS. Results of evaluated internship reports have been declared asPass or Needs Improvement.

 

PASS:

The students whose results of Written Work i.e. (internship report) have been declared as Pass should carefully read and follow the comments given in their evaluated internship reports. They should start preparing for presentation & viva voce. Also follow the presentation template to design the presentation power point slides.Assignment # 02 (Presentation Slides) has been given on the course VULMS. The Presentation Slides are required to be prepared in the light of guidelines provided in Lesson # 07 on VULMS of the course. It isCOMPULSORY only for the eligible students (who have passed the Written Work as a whole in Assignment # 01) to submit their Presentation Slides (PPTs) by uploading against assignment # 02 before the Due Date i.e.7^th March, 2011.

All such students will be intimated about their presentation date & venue individually at their respective VU e-mail IDs. Therefore, they are advised to check their VU e-mail accounts regularly.

Needs Improvement:

The students whose written work i.e. (internship report) needs improvements are given one more CHANCE to improve their work by following the comments given by the Instructor. They are required to submit their improved internship report when the Assignment for Revised Internship Report (Assignment # 03) will be opened on the course VULMS.

Such students shall only be called for presentation & viva voce in Fall 2010 semester IF they PASS the written work by submitting revised internship report (Assignment # 03). Otherwise, their results will be declared as Fail thus such students will be required to re-enroll the course in Spring 2011 semester.

NOTE:

• Only those students will be called for presentation & viva voce in semester Fall 2010 whose result of the Written Work i.e. (Internship Report) will be declared as 'PASS' either in Assignment # 01 or Assignment # 03.

• The Presentation Slides will NOT be reviewed and returned for improvements to the students. However, they will be evaluated during the presentation & viva voce session.
• The result of this assignment will NOT be declared on VULMS of the course.
• The students whose results have been declared as Needs Improvement in the Internship Report (Assignment # 1) are NOT required to submit their Presentation Slides against this assignment. They are required to submit their revised Internship Report when assignment for revised internship report will be opened for them. If they pass the written work only then they will be called for presentation & viva voce in Fall 2010 semester. Otherwise, they will be required to re-enroll the course in Spring 2011 semester.
• Students will be informed at least two days in advance about their respective date and venue of the presentation via e-mail at their VU e-mail accounts.
Do not confuse the due date of assignment (7^th March, 2011) with the presentation date. Presentation date will be communicated to every student individually via personalized email sent at their VU email IDs.

Assignment for Revised Internship Report will be opened on 1^st March, 2011.
