Hi All,

 

Client is looking for Sr. Business Analyst with Salesforce exp in San Rafeal, CA. This is a 6+ months contract. This is a phone-o-hire position. Keep the rate as low as possible.

 

Required Skills:

 
Total 10 yrs total IT experience

Minimum 3 – 4 yrs salesfoce.com experience (Must have hands-on exp with Salesforce)

Must have excellent communication skills

SFDC Knowledge is necessary.

Requirement:

• Excellent communicator – speaking, writing, listening
• BSA experience, skills, best practices – strong in the craft of BSA
• FQA experience, skills, best practices – strong in the craft of FQA
• Strong Functional Testing Skills.
• Highly organized in fast paced, complex working environment
• Individual Contributor who can work with little or no supervision.
• A Strong understanding of SFDC Administrative Functions (Roles, Profiles, Data Visibility, Account Hierarchy, Workflows, Approval Processes, etc)
• Sound knowledge of Salesforce Out of the Box functionality.
• Experience/Knowledge of Partner Portal and Customer Portal.
• Experience working on Projects in the Sales and Marketing business domain.
• Strong Knowledge of Channel Business process (Oppty Mgmt Channel Plans, Fund Management) would be a big plus.
