The Job Description is as follows:
•       Creation of HTML Screens of the Layout based on the Requirement.
•       Usage of Grid Controls in the HTML screens as the place holders.
•       As Usability  resource suggesting Best Practice and pros and Cons and usage of the right Control.
•       Creating Style Guide and CSS in line with CS Branding Requirements and applying them on teh HTML mock up screens.
•       Working closely with Business and Development team
•       Assisting development team with any Layout t issues post teh HTML screens getting converted to JSP.
•       Skills in Photoshop to create /crop images  as required by the layout
•       Good Communications  oral and written.
•       Added advantage with basic knowledge of EXT GWT , so an better decision about controls can be made.
