SAP Service Management Configuration
• Responsible for full project lifecycle implementations with the SAP SD module
• 8+ years experience working directly with SAP SD
• Knowledge of SD functions including Service Orders, Service Processing, dispatch, Contracts, Mobile Services, etc.
• Experience with integration to other related modules such as FI, AP, PS, etc.
• Design experience in the SD area including knowledge of specific tables, data elements
• Creation and management of transports, including log analysis and object analysis within the transport.
• Experience drawing requirements out of the business process experts
• Experience in all project phases (blueprint, design, realization, testing, implementation, support)
• Experience in using Solution Manager for business process documentation
• Experience using Mercury Quality Center for testing (FUT, UAT, Regression)
• Experience as a business user in the sales and billing area a major plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or computer science.
