Location:
Duration: 6 Months+
Skills:
• Implementing SAP Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM)
• Configuring SAP HR Enterprise Compensation Management to achieve
• Desired functionality in Enterprise Compensation Management.
• Knowledge of managing portal configuration including iViews,
pages, worksets, and roles.
• Understanding of technical development of custom iViews for SAP
• ECM.
• Participating in and facilitating client meetings, interviews and
workshops focused on collecting business requirements for ECM.
• Developing client recommendations and new Portal solutions around
• SAP HR ECM functions.
• Knowledge of ECM Budgeting and Salary structures.
• Secondary module experience in personnel administration,
Organizational management desired.
• Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis,
• Configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
