Experience in portal design using the Oracle portal technology integrating with PeopleSoft. Doesn't necessarily need to be HR. Someone knows high aptitude with intuitive, smart portal design (based evolving industry best practices) with special considerations associated with PeopleSoft integration (self service, work lists, etc).
The basic thing that I'm seeing as a difference in my consultant need is someone who has more of a background and eye towards portal site layout and design. I guess what some people have referred to as an information architecture but with experience in working with these technology layers (Psoft 9.1 / weblogic portal). Someone who can bring a lot to the table based on experience and industry best practices towards designing portal layout/personalization/Psoft integration. A technical background lending towards the actual implementation is an obvious plus but not the critical item.
Following is the summary of pre-qualifying questions we ask to this person. We are trying to get this candidate who can do prototype for WSRP integration with portal.
• Do you have experience with PSOFT integration?
• Do you have experience with WSRP?
• Do you have experience with WS-Security and SAML configuration?
• Do you have experience with integration of PSOFT with WebLogic portal using various standards?
• Do you have experience with IWA (integrated windows authentication) and other applications (i.e. PSOFT).
• Experience with SiteMinder SSO
