The Job Description is as follows:

Web Content Mgmt (Team Lead/Senior Java Developer): 1 on-shore/USA

Overview:

Portal builder consolidates the content from various content providers in seamless fashion. It also provides ability for user/department to easily creates customize pages. All the content generated needs to follow the work flow and properly approved before publishing.

Qualification and Skills

Very good understanding of the CMS technology (JSR-170) Provide design leadership for a defined work-stream.

Liaise with multiple tech teams (work well with others) Work with on / off shore developers to ensure the build meets the design Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively synthesize operational, risk, business and technical issues.

7+ years of software design and development experience

5+ years of Java/J2EE experience

Excellent core java

Good understanding of J2EE including JDBC and Messaging.

Good database skills including simple/complex queries.

Prior experience integrating the CMS preferably Liferay or Alfresco.
