Job Title: Websphere Portal Developer

Location: Omaha, NE

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

1.       Hands on experience in WebSpherePortal(Version 6.1) and Websphere Application Server(Version 7.0)

·         Concepts of portlet development using JSR286.

·         Theme, themePolicy and Skins

·         xmlAccess and deployments scripts.

·         Personalization and Virtual Portal

·         User/group Management.

·         LDAP integration(good to have)

·         Spring MVC portlets (good to have)

2.       Some concepts of web Services.

3.       Web Content Management:

·         Creating libraries and setting up syndication

·         Authoring and presentation templates.

4.       Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE. Experience with spring MVC and Stripes framework will be preferred.

5.       Experience in Oracle/SQL Database.    

6.       Concept of "Maven"

7.       Atleast 4-5 years of hands-on experience in portal development.

8.       Excellent communication skills
