We are looking for experienced candidates for critical US requirement in California (Torrance).

 

 

IMPORTANT:  we need someone who has worked in GDM model and has experience in working with offshore teams.

 Main Subject: Immediate Requirement: Telecom dialer software (Genesys/Nice/Avaya)

starting the project in July/Aug.  

 

 

Location: Torrance, California, USA

Duration: 6-8 months

 

 Job Description:-

 

- Must have experience in Telecom dialer software (Genesys/Nice/Avaya) for Deployment services and Release/Patch/configuration Management.

- Genesys URS, Genesys Soft Phone,

- Siebel Soft Phone, Screen Pop

- Genesys Stat Cache, GSC

- Genesys GVP, IVR, Voice Portal

- AVAYA PBX, ACD, Switch

- Avaya Predictive Dialer system and Dialer

- NICE Dialer, Quality center

 

- Good coordination and communication skills
