• 1-2 years Technical Support, showing strong analytical skills
• 3-6 years of HP UX Operating System support
• 3-6 years of Linux (Redhat preferred) Operating System support
• Participation on cross-functional teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills, fault isolation and resolution.
• 3-6 years of systems support/troubleshooting experience
• Clustering (GFS/Oracle Rac)
• SAN Infrastructure–EVA/NetApp
• VMWare
• Veritas Netbackup/Backup Exec
• Scripting knowledge (Shell and Perl preferred)
• HP and Dell hardware experience
• HP Blades
• Remedy application and processes
• McAfee
• SAP experience a plus
