Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect/Lead

Location: San Antonio TX

Location:  6 Months,

 

Job Responsibilities

Customizations to design the implementation roadmap; lead and direct the project through completion using Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology.
The Design phase will implement business requirements, configuring the overall Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution and the design of specific customizations to satisfy specific client requirements.
Address Risk management and create mitigation plans; update the project accordingly.
Create Functional Design Document (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD). Based on the FDDs, TDDs and Solution Design Documents (SDD),
Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement

Gather and understand client functional requirements
Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
Design business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
Develop high level project work plans
Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
Play a key role in all aspects of consulting project(s) including business analysis, customization, development, and integration architecture and quality assurance.
Provide advanced expertise in Microsoft CRM technologies and effective problem solving skills
Prepare design for application functionality, data structures, integration with other data sources and destinations, user interface functionality, workflow, data migration strategies, etc.

Required Skills:
5 or more years of experience in the specification, development and delivery of CRM solutions, including consulting roles with leadership responsibilities.
Experience with end-to-end implementations
Ability and willingness to report daily, weekly, and monthly status
High degree of professionalism, especially when faced with critical and intense situations.
Experience with shipping multiple full project release as Project/Program Manager, from release inception through post go live support
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is preferred.
CRM 2011 experience is a plus
Project Management Experience
Scribe experience a plus
