Our Client is looking for IBM MQ Series Consultant - Boston, MA. This is a  3+ Months Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Kindly review it and let me know your interest. 

 

Note:  Prefer local resource.  Will consider non-local with all inclusive rate.  Must be available on site M-F from 8 to 5 for the duration of the engagement.

 

Job Description:

- basic administration tasks (move messages, look into queue depth, work with users one-on-one on issues that arise)

- troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- good communication skills

 

Skill Set:             

- A skilled MQ administrator who is familiar with all aspects of a fully functional MQ system.

- Must have good troubleshooting skills to solve problems as they occur.

- Must be able to learn the existing system quickly.  Documentation is available, but must be able to prioritize learning the new environment so they can provide relevant support ASAP.
