Title:  Sr Security Engineer with Nessus, ip360, BladeLogic experience

Location: Jacksonville FL

Duration: 6 -12+ Months

Rate: $50/hr (MAX Rate)

 

Job Overview:

The most important aspect for this position is the vulnerability scanning and compliance scanning. 

This candidate needs to have proficiency with compliance and vulnerability scanning tools including like ip360 or Nessus.

 

Senior Security Engineer:  implement compliance and vulnerability scanning program to satisfy Client and FCSO security requirements.  administer enterprise vulnerability management systems to include nCircle IP360, Nessus and BladeLogic Perform compliance and vulnerability assessment including customized compliance and vulnerability reporting - Assist in compliance and vulnerability analysis and remediation *Seeking candidates that would consider employment at Client, should an opportunity arise*  

 

Job Requirements:

-Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - 3 or more years experience in IT security

-systems admin experience with AIX, Linux and Windows

-experienced with tools used for security analysis (tcpdump, wireshark, ngrep, nmap, gold disk; etc.)

- Demonstrated proficiency with compliance and vulnerability scanning tools including Nessus, ip360, BladeLogic

- Experience supporting CMS security requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; can set priorities and follow a timeline

 - Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Professional Certifications

 

Preferred: CISSP or other security certification.
