Client is looking for Sr. PM position opportunity at BCBSMN.  The critical skills they require are FACETS experience and data warehouse experience.  The candidate must understand the data structure of the Facets product. 

 

Duration : 6+ Months

Location : MN

 

Required skills:
o IT work scheduling and coordination across multiple delivery teams
o Scope / change management
o Communications management
o Issue and risk management
o Healthcare experience.
o Data Warehouse experience
o Facets experience

 

The successful candidate needs to be proficient in project management including:

 
• Schedule management
• Resource assignment
• Communications
• Status reporting
• Issue/risk management
• Implementation planning
• Project financial management

 

Healthcare and Medicare/Medicaid Business experience
• Experience with Blue Plans and/or Government Programs.
• Experience with TMG or Facets, understands data structures
• Teradata experience
• MS-Project using a master project schedule.
• ClearQuest a plus, but not required.
• 10+ years project management experience
• Demonstrated applied knowledge of project/program financial analysis and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate to both technical team members and executive management.
• Team member/team player point-of-view
• Experience leading enterprise teams with internal and external constituents
• Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrated applied knowledge of the application development life cycle, customer and business relationship management and project management.
• Must have energy and a strong sense of urgency to get results with the team.
• Must have good organizational and planning skills
• Need to drive for results, set dates and goals and check progress regularly
• Need to have the ability to anticipate obstacles and make the necessary adjustments to ensure on-time delivery in spite of unanticipated problems.
• Must be pro-active, self-motivated and independent.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Needs to take ambiguous problems, issues and get their arms around it and organize a group of people to resolve the issue.
