Position: NetApp Storage Architect

Duration : 3 months

Location: NYC, NY

 

Exp : 8+ yrs

 

Skills :

•Extensive experience in installing, upgrading, and maintaining storage environment •Working knowledge of UNIX and windows operating systems.

•Good understanding of NetApps and replication technologies

•Working experience installing, configuring, and using NetApps Replication Manager (server and client), versions 4 and 5.

•Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

•Good customer service and communication (oral and written) skills. Ability to deliver professional engagement documentation.

 

Profile :

-Should be well versed with SAN and NAS technologies

-Should be well versed with backup and archival solution from NetApps, EMC etc 

-Sound knowledge on trouble shooting Storage issues

-Must have had hand-on experience on at least two vendor products onSto rage backup and archival

-Should know backup technologies and vendors

-Should have storage migration experience

-Should BCV, Remote copy, Synchronous and asynchronous, data center fibre cables

 

Role :

-   He will involve in designing the Storage, SAN, NAS solutions for small to enterprise customer environments including De-duplication etc which meets regulatory compliances.

-   He will review all the Storage proposal prepared by Pre-sales practice team.

 

Primary Skills           

NetApp Storage Architect. Installing, Upgrading, Maintaining storage environment, UNIX, Windows, NetApps and replication technologies (server and client),
