Page Layout
XSLT
CSS
Ribbon Customization
Ribbon behavior
Webparts
Integration of SharePoint with other Microsoft and related platforms or
services.
Out-of-the-box configuration and deployment of SharePoint custom
lists, document types and folders, workflow, InfoPath Forms, views, etc.
Microsoft Office integration with SharePoint.
Microsoft .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#.NET
Web services, including SOAP and XML
General:
Design documentation
Data access, Entity Framework a plus
.Net 3.5 and newer
MVC
MS SQL
Lotus Notes a plus
