Position: Onsite Lead/Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6 months+

Rate: Open

Position Description:

Knowledge and Experience

• Overall 5-7 years of Industry experience with minimum 1-2 years of working at the client site.

• Demonstrable experience in requirements capture and project management life cycle activities

• Experience of working in Onsite-Offshore Model

• Ability to bring project to successful completion.

•

Experience in Web Development Technologies

Required Skill Set:

Ability to coordinate efficiently between clients and offshore team.

• Manage effective and clear communication among all the stakeholders

• Should be able to conduct analysis. Review the deliverables and make the changes as needed. Hands on Experience is desirable.

• Ability to understand and package the requirements / queries in most efficient way, so Offshore can deliver effectively

Soft skills

• Persuasive with leadership skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
