Skills

•     Must have experience in RIA development  using Flex Builder 3.0  with latest Flash builder 4.5

•     Connecting client side application with server side application using Blaze DS

•     Good knowledge of Java, HTML, XML, AJAX, Action Script 3.0 with Adobe Flex Component Development.

•     Excellent communication and presentation skills

•     Onsite experience will be an added advantage but not a must

 

1.       Role & Responsibilities:

•     Engage with business stake holders / requirement originator to clarify requirement.

•     Prepare Functional/Requirement Specification documents

•     Gathers requirements, builds logical models and provides quality documentation of detailed user requirements to Development for the design and development of systems

•     Engage in Analysis, Design & Development process of the project.

•     Ability to effectively communicate and co ordinate with the team

•     Exposure on using version controlling systems like Visual Source Safe (VSS).
