Client's Corporate Office is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst, to be responsible for performing tactical work operations of the IPN AD / Messaging / DNS team.
Responsibilities:
· Assist and provide technical direction to a global team
· Be responsible for project and support task tracking, process execution and metrics for supported technologies
· Provide guidance and recommendations regarding technical processes and procedures
· Identify learning opportunities for global team members through projects and technical tasks
· Participate in a 24 hour, 7 day per week, on-call support rotation
· Respond to support requests received via shared mailbox as needed
· Apply system changes and infrastructure upgrades as needed
· Manage elements of the current infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an
· integrated environment
· Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with business partners in support of business strategies
· Facilitate understanding of both the business and Information Technology (IT) to ensure business decisions are well-informed
· Automate tasks through scripting
· Participate in and/or manage small to medium sized projects
Desired Exp - Two or more years of Experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Scripting and/or Coding experience
· Familiarity with change management in a complex hosting environment
· Knowledge and Administration of Windows Servers
· Knowledge and Administration of DNS
· Knowledge and Administration of Exchange, Blackberry, Lyris or Fax Technologies
· Excellent verbal and written skill
· Project management skills and the demonstrated ability to drive for results
· Degree in an Information Technology, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
