Formulate test strategies. Design use cases that match customer and operational usage of SharePoint 2010. Evaluate and decide direction for new farm/infrastructure	SharePoint 2010 Architecture. SharePoint 2010 features/configuration SharePoint and web backup/failover and recovery.
Lotus Notes to SharePoint Migration SME	Experience with migration LN database to SharePoint.  Customer interface skills	Investigate current Lotus Notes database usage, design, and functionality. Plan migration of databases to SharePoint 2010. Work closely with customers and database owners to replicate functionality.
