Test Specialist/EDI Claims                

Location: Detroit, MI                        

Duration: 3-6 months contract

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-        Must have EDI healthcare experience working with implementation guides, TR3s.
-        Hands on experience with the 837 and 835 ANSI X12 transaction understanding loops segments, elements and structure is a must.
-        Ability to read and interpret 997/999 acknowledgments.
-        Mainframe Development experience.
-        Should be able to create test JCL, use Fileaid and xpeditor
DESCRIPTION
-        The project is testing the 310 partners for client.
-        Each resource will receive a group of partners; The resource will call the partner and set a sub-system test date.
-        The partner will send in a file and the resource will run the file through the testing tool set and review the edit reports; The resource will locate the 837 transactions in the file that are in error and validate the data in the transactions.
-        The resource will then contact the partner to fix the errors.
-        The partner will send a corrected filed and the resource will re-test until all errors are corrected.
-        Should be able to write quality test cases
